I know many of you have gone through this. Moments where a coworker, friend, or family member says something about your body that just digs into you.

It happens and most of the time those saying those things don't really know how much effect it has.

But I just remind myself of this little saying and it makes me smile. I've said it once or twice which threw the person off. Followed up by them smiling with me and apologizing afterwards.

Keep in mind people aren't always aware, and try to have a good sense of humor about it.
