Having Your Cake and Eating it Too!?

There's very few people who do not like dessert. How could you not? It's usually delicious and sweet and rich. I could go on and on about how amazing it is. But the truth of the matter is that dessert usually is what puts us over our limit when it comes to eating. So thankfully the folks at Shape have a list of delicious desserts that are low in calories.


A yummy apple compote, generously spiced with healthy cinnamon and nutmeg, is stuffed into each of these mini pies made with flaky, gluten-free crust. You can take (almost) guilt-free bites of this classic comfort dessert, which totals 224 calories per pie!
